1. Who we are
huduhealth.com is run by Huduhealth Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12619710). Registered office: 21 Otterhound Drive, Godalming, GU7 2FP, United Kingdom. Email: info@huduhealth.com.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every order placed on huduhealth.com. Please read them, together with our Delivery, returns & refunds page and our Privacy Policy, before you order. If you are buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
3. Products
We sell the Kneepal kneeling pad and the Babypal changing pad. Product images are for illustration; colours may look slightly different on your screen. Please follow the care and safety guidance on each product page. The Babypal should always be used with a baby supervised, never left unattended.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on the product pages and confirmed at checkout. Customers in the UK pay in pounds sterling (GBP), customers in South Africa in rand (ZAR), and customers elsewhere in US dollars (USD).
- Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged import duties or local taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
- Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
- Multi-buy: when you buy 4 or more Kneepals, or 4 or more Babypals, in one order, you receive 10% off that product's price, as shown at checkout. Offers can't be combined unless we say so.
- If we make an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Your order and our contract
After you pay, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order. If we can't accept your order (for example, because an item is out of stock or we can't deliver to your address), we'll tell you and refund you in full.
6. Delivery
We dispatch from the UK within 1–2 working days. UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch, and international delivery usually 7–14 working days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Full details, including lost or damaged parcels, are on our Delivery, returns & refunds page. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Changing your mind
You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. This is longer than your legal 14-day right to cancel, which is not affected. How to return, who pays return postage and how refunds work are set out on our Delivery, returns & refunds page.
8. Faulty items
If an item is faulty or not as described, you have legal rights. In the UK, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery; after that, we will repair or replace it, or refund you if that isn't possible. We cover return postage for faulty items. Customers outside the UK also have the protections their local consumer law gives them.
9. Business customers
If you buy for business purposes, the consumer rights in sections 7 and 8 that apply only to consumers do not apply to you. We will still replace or refund faulty goods reported within 30 days of delivery. Our total liability to a business customer is limited to the price paid for the order.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for misuse of a product, or for use against our instructions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal disruption or extreme weather. If this happens we'll contact you, and you can cancel for a full refund of anything not yet delivered.
12. Your data
We use your personal data as explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
13. Complaints
If something goes wrong, email info@huduhealth.com and we'll aim to reply within 2 working days.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
15. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, and if you live elsewhere you also keep any mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings that your local law gives you.
