Who we are
Huduhealth Ltd ("we", "us") sells the Kneepal and Babypal through huduhealth.com. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 12619710, registered office 21 Otterhound Drive, Godalming, GU7 2FP, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: info@huduhealth.com.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number, business name and tax ID (if given), and what you bought.
- Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or social media.
- Website data: essential cookies, and, only if you agree, analytics and marketing cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy). These can collect your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you visit and, after a purchase, the order value.

Who we share it with
We only share data with the services we need to run the shop, and we do not sell your data:
- Stripe – payments and fraud prevention, including Stripe's Link saved-checkout service if you choose to use it.
- Royal Mail, USPS and other delivery partners – delivering your order.
- Hostinger – website hosting.
- Google – business email (Google Workspace), and, only with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Customer Reviews.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) – only with your consent, through the Meta Pixel.
- Pinterest – only with your consent, through the Pinterest Tag.
- Xero – accounts.
For the Meta Pixel and Pinterest Tag, we and the platform are jointly responsible for collecting the data on our website; the platform is responsible for how it uses that data afterwards, under its own privacy policy.
International transfers
Some of these providers, including Google, Meta, Pinterest and Stripe, process data outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US data bridge) or approved contract terms to protect it.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: 6 years after the end of the financial year, as UK tax law requires.
- Customer messages: up to 2 years after we last hear from you.
- Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
- Cookie choices: 6 months, then we ask again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time (use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page). Email info@huduhealth.com; we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the regulator where you live:

US residents: we don't sell your personal information. We only use advertising pixels if you accept marketing cookies, and you can opt out at any time through "Cookie settings". You can make the requests above whichever state you live in.
Children
Our shop is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We'll post any changes here and update the date at the top.
