What’s not covered (the common-sense stuff):
Damage from pets (teeth, claws, “I left it on the floor and the dog loved it”)
Cuts, burns, punctures, or other accidents
Damage from improper storage or harsh chemicals
Expected aging that doesn’t affect function (minor scuffs, fading, etc.)

What is it Made Of
At HUDU, it was quality all the way. No memory foam that collapses. No cheap EVA that flakes. No materials that melt, fade, or fall apart the moment real life happens.
Our products are made from a robust, UV-stabilised, cross-linked polyurethane elastomer — a seriously durable material normally found in industrial safety gear and high-impact environments. In other words: it’s built for life, not for landfill.
What makes Babypal special?
It’s not just soft — it’s smart. Babypal has a gentle ergonomic hollow to “cuccoon” baby, with a raised head because babies have reflux – a lot – so the gentle raise helps with those mouthy spills.
It’s made from our rugged, UV-stabilised, closed-cell polyurethane — the same HUDU-tough material we use in Kneepal — which means it won’t absorb spills, crack, collapse or harbour anything unpleasant.
Lightweight, waterproof, wipe-clean and built to outlast the baby years, Babypal brings the same HUDU engineering to the nursery: safer, cleaner, calmer… every single day.
It doesn’t absorb anything gross.
Because it’s closed-cell, it doesn’t drink water, sweat, spills, or mystery liquids. It wipes clean in seconds and goes right back to work.

We’ve just launched in the USA Babypal and Kneepal have been available for all of three weeks as of the beginning of November 2025.

What is the Refund Policy
We accept returns on unused, undamaged products within a reasonable period after delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our side. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We do not offer refunds for products that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration. Custom, personalised, or hygiene-sensitive items may be exempt from returns unless faulty.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us promptly with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Shipping fees, import duties, or customs charges are not refundable.
For international orders (USA, UK, EU, South Africa), processing times may vary due to regional fulfilment and shipping partners. Refunds are processed only after the product is returned to the warehouse from which it was originally dispatched.
