Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards are non-returnable
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@huduhealth.com and send your item to: either the USA or UK depot above.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

At Hudu, we stand behind the quality of Babypal and Kneepal. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Items for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging (unopened seals where applicable).

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Defective Returns
If the product is not defective but you have changed your mind:

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Original Shipping: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: A 10% or 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and repackaging.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If Babypal or Kneepal arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

We provide a pre-paid return label for Domestic orders (UK and USA) and will issue a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.
5. International Returns (Outside USA/UK)

Responsibility: All international customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.

Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days.

Rejected: If the item is returned used or damaged (and was not reported as such upon arrival), we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or deny the return.

Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy
We want to make sure you have the perfect product for your needs. If you would like to exchange your Babypal or Kneepal for a different model or color, please follow the guidelines below:
1. Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

To initiate an exchange, please email info@huduhealth.com with your Order Number and the item you wish to receive instead.
2. Domestic Exchanges (USA & UK)

The “Even Swap”: To show our appreciation for your business, we offer free outbound shipping on your first exchange.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to our warehouse. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship your replacement free of charge.
3. International Exchanges

Due to high logistics costs, international customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to an exchange, including the return shipping of the original item and the shipping of the new item.

Any customs duties or taxes incurred on the replacement item are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Processing Time
Once your original item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your exchange will be processed and the new item will be shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive a new tracking number via email once it is on its way.
Misc
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Returns
Domestic Returns & Exchanges (USA & UK)

Returns: You have 30 days to return unused items in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges: We offer free shipping on your replacement item. You only cover the cost of shipping the original item back to us.

Defective Items: Report damages within 48 hours for a free pre-paid return label and full refund/replacement.
International Returns & Exchanges (Global)

Shipping Costs: All international return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Duties & Taxes: Original customs duties, taxes, and any fees on replacement items are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.

Returns: Items must be trackable. We cannot process refunds or exchanges for items lost in transit back to our warehouse.
How to Start a Request

Step 2: Package your unused Babypal or Kneepal securely in its original box.

Step 3: Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
