Terms and Conditions of Entry: “Every 100th Click Wins” Competition

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE COMPETITION. BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE.

1. Promoter

This competition (“the Competition”) is organized and promoted by Hudu Health Ltd, herein referred to as “the Promoter,” with its principal place of business located at Ockford Park,Godalming UK.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to natural persons aged 18 (eighteen) years or older at the time of participation.
  • Entrants must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Promoter and their immediate family members, or any third parties directly associated with the administration of the Competition, are not eligible to participate.
  • Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. An “entry” is defined as a single eligible “click” on the designated entry point.
  • The use of bots, scripts, aliases, or multiple accounts to enter is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.

3. How to Enter

  • Entry is free of charge and does not require any purchase or payment.
  • To enter, participants must click the designated button or link on the Promoter’s platform during the Competition Period.
  • Only one click per person is permitted. Duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify non-compliant entries.

4. Competition Period and Mechanics

  • The Competition runs from 4th July 2025 until paused or terminated by the Promoter.
  • Each 100th valid click (e.g., 100th, 200th, 300th, etc.) wins the prize.
  • The Promoter’s system determines the sequence of entries. No disputes over timing or count will be entertained.
  • Winners will be notified immediately or within a reasonable time frame.

5. Prize

  • The prize will be as advertised at the time of winning.
  • Delivery is free for winners located in the United States of America or South Africa.
  • Winners outside these countries must pay for shipping and any customs duties.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  • The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or higher value if necessary.

6. Winner Verification and Notification

  • Winners may be required to prove their identity, age, and country of residence before receiving the prize.
  • Failure to provide accurate details may result in disqualification.
  • If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, the next eligible click may be declared the winner.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

  • By entering, participants consent to the Promoter processing their personal data to administer the Competition.
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver the prize or comply with legal obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by participation in the Competition or use of the prize.
  • No responsibility is accepted for technical issues or misdirected entries.

9. General Terms

  • The Promoter may amend or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
